Miley Cyrus could face a jail sentence or a 1,200 dollars fine after she spanked on stage with a Mexican flag while performing a gig in Monterrey, Mexico on Tuesday night. The 21-years-old star known for her controversial on stage antics has caused controversy after one of her dancers jokingly smacked the prosthetic butt she was sporting with the symbol piece of fabric during her show in Monterrey Mexico.
